All content, including the LA VERDE logo (featuring the stylized architectural "A"), project designs for Casette and La Puerta Mall, and Mediterranean architectural concepts, are the exclusive property of LA VERDE Developments. Unauthorized use of our branding or visionary designs is strictly prohibited.

3. Project Specifications & Accuracy

While we strive for absolute precision, project details including unit sizes (ranging from 135 sqm to 245 sqm) and construction percentages (targeted at 19.5% for LA VERDE New Capital) are based on current master plans. Final specifications are subject to contracts and engineering adjustments overseen by our Partners of Success, including ACE - Moharram Bakhoum and OKOPLAN.

4. Furnishing Packages

Our Home Furnishing Packages are offered as a turnkey solution to provide effortless elegance. Specific designs, from modern minimalism to timeless classics, are subject to availability and the technical requirements of your specific unit.
